easy peasy holiday look

I don't know about you but with the all the excitement and crazy schedules going on I barely have time to do my makeup, so I've come up with a fun and EASY little tutorial to help y'all get your makeup done and ready for all those fun holiday party's. I'm only using 2 eye shadows, both from MPZ on etsy *LOVE* The first one is called black eye and the and the second one is called lady killer... I hope you enjoy this fun festive look!

Step 1: Prime your eyes using any primer you may have (I'm using MAC's painterly paint pot)

Step 2: Apply "black eye" on half of your eyelid starting from the center and making your way to the outer corner. Leave space in the inner corner for the next step, it should look somewhat like this...
Step 3: wet the tip of your eyeshadow brush and apply "lady killer" to the inner corner of your eye and blend it out until you get to the center of your eye like so...

Step 4: now using a small angled brush thinly apply "black eye" underneath your eye like so and go ahead an apply your eyeliner on the top and bottom water line...
Step 5: curl and apply mascara to your lashes

Step 6:Last but not least apply blush, I used 6 MAM which is also from MPZ <3

And now your finished ;) Since I'm in a hurry the only thing I did to my hair was use sponge rollers after I let my hair dry <3

TA DA... all done!

Have an AWESOME time at your party's

A time in history

18 years ago today my parents were celebrating their 6th year of marriage when suddenly I decided It was time to see the world. It was the 19th of December, 1993 a cold Thursday morning when I was born :) I can't imagine what it must have been like for my parents to have me arrive on their anniversary, I was actually supposed to be born January 20th hehe but as usual I got ahead of myself  ^_^

All I wish for this year is to spend more time with my family enjoying the simple things in life which I most often let pass by. If I could look into the future 40 years from now I want to see a life not wasted, I want to see risks taken and dreams accomplished. At this current moment in my life there are so many options and decisions I have to make which will no matter what I choose will drastically affect my life's course, I'm scared to make the wrong one and want to confident in whatever I choose.

I also want to thank YOU ALL for being my constant support and always cheering me up :) I couldn't ask for better bloggy friends so thank you!!!

Walmart and sillyness

A couple days ago I went to Walmart with my parents and was simply shocked with what I saw, to be honest I don't like shopping at walmart and don't go as often as most. I'd much rather enjoy the peaceful moments at my local health foods store where the people are sweet and the energy is much calmer LOL

So anyway back to the story, I needed some salt shakers for a craft I'm working on *more on this later* so we headed to walmart in hopes to find a couple. When I got there I couldn't believe my eyes, never had I seen so many scary sights in one visit. I just want to clarify that I'm in no way a judgmental person, I strongly believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion and what not.

I got a tad bit upset because there was a couple who happened to be in a full on make out session right in front of a mother with several young children. Their lack of respect upset me, and then I turned the corner just in time to find a lady with no shirt on! AHHH I couldn't understand what went through the minds of these people, as I made it to the checkout my cashier smelled like alcohol and made several mistakes while ringing up my order. He was dancing to himself and babbling about ancient Egypt, I couldn't decide whether to laugh or what but at that moment all I wanted to do was go home and relax!

Changing subjects now :) I was being silly the other day and took some pictures of myself getting ready for a small photo shoot for "Knitful Dezigns" I thought I'd share them since y'all are like my family hehehe

CURLERS!!!!! I seriously need to do something about my eyebrows >_< lol

smile ^_^

*_*

I hope you guys are having fun getting all your holiday stuffs ready <3 Big hugs and kisses to you all
