easy peasy holiday look

I don't know about you but with the all the excitement and crazy schedules going on I barely have time to do my makeup, so I've come up with a fun and EASY little tutorial to help y'all get your makeup done and ready for all those fun holiday party's. I'm only using 2 eye shadows, both from MPZ on etsy *LOVE* The first one is called black eye and the and the second one is called lady killer... I hope you enjoy this fun festive look!

Step 1: Prime your eyes using any primer you may have (I'm using MAC's painterly paint pot)

 Step 2: Apply "black eye" on half of your eyelid starting from the center and making your way to the outer corner. Leave space in the inner corner for the next step, it should look somewhat like this...

Step 3: wet the tip of your eyeshadow brush and apply "lady killer" to the inner corner of your eye and blend it out until you get to the center of your eye like so...

Step 4: now using a small angled brush thinly apply "black eye" underneath your eye like so and go ahead an apply your eyeliner on the top and bottom water line...

Step 5: curl and apply mascara to your lashes

Step 6:Last but not least apply blush, I used 6 MAM which is also from MPZ <3

And now your finished ;) Since I'm in a hurry the only thing I did to my hair was use sponge rollers after I let my hair dry <3

TA DA... all done!

Sorry for not keeping up with comments and blog posts, I think I'm finally getting used to the move and getting back into to my routine. One thing I've been doing more of lately is swimming, our new home has a pool and spa which I'm IN LOVE with jejeje

A problem I do have with it though are the freezing temps of the water, I probably get in the pool for 5 minutes and call it quits. So my dad came up with an awesome idea, we are going to install solar panels to heat the pool and spa YAY <3 I've been wanting to get solar panels for the longest time so this is extremely exciting for me!

An update on my room deco is that I finally found a birdcage *WOOT WOOT* Its painted gray so I'm going to be re-painting it a cream or white. I'm so excited about installing it sometime this week
and hopefully getting around to painting my room :)

On a completely different subject I recently ordered some samples and a vegan candy corn lip gloss from Sweet treat cosmetics (an indie company)  and I must say I'm head over heels with this company *THE AMAZING CANDY CORN LIPGLOSS) and the awesome customer service. She  also sent me 7 eyeshadow samples in fondant, blue raspberry, champagne, chocolate mousse, licorice, plum pudding and creamcicle. So far Ive done two makeup looks Ill post pictures below. Here is a picture of my order *sorry for the quality, I took it with my phone*

I had to tell you guys the candy corn lip gloss is "flavor of the week" and is on sale for 2.50$!!! Im going to pick up a few since they're limited edition :) She's also having a surprise grab bag sale to celebrate 500 fans :) I bought one but it hasn't gotten here yet, I cant wait to share it all with y'all!

Ok so today when I checked the mail I literally squealed in delight to find a box FULL of MPZ goodies <3 Many of you already know how much I LOVE her colors so this was definitely the highlight of my day, The colors she sent me were unicorn pee, nacreous, the husbandry afflictions collection, miasma, epistaxis, annnnnnnnnnnnnnd the 3 shadows for the giveaway YAY and she sent me a finger, which I LOVE also jeje my niece Hannah took it away from me and I haven't seen it since LOL! I have some swatches and piccys for yall <3 ENJOY (this is a pretty picture heavy post)

The extra bright colors are foiled with pixie epoxy :)

Deception, Devastation, and Delight

Soooo If you've all read my crazy ramblings about LUSH your pretty familiar with how much the store excites me. . . But lately I've been trying to be more natural and get away from chemicals that are harmful. With great anticipation of what I would find I began researching about some ingredients I read on the labels. I was shocked and perplexed with what I found! LUSH is supposed to be an ALL NATURAL, COMPLETELY CHEMICAL FREE COMPANY RIGHT???? YES RIGHT if your interested in reading what I read you can click HERE and HERE I find it to be disgusting and extremely deceiving! All this time Ive been wasting my money thinking I finally found the answer to perfect natural body products.

Its ok though because I have 1 AMAZING friend and 1 AMAZING company that IS completely natural. OOO what a pain it was to go through all my stuff and get rid of it all :(

I have 1 soap bar holding me over by the amazing Mrs. April from Light of the moon! And an awesome detangler from The all natural face! ! ! !

AMAZING SCENT!!!!

LIGHT OF THE MOON HAUL INCLUDES: All natural peppermint deodorant, peppermint lotion bar, peppermint shampoo bar, peppermint bar soap (and some awesome cute little lotion bars, she even included some sugar scrubs for my momma because it was her birthday)

Im sorry it looks all frazzle, as soon as I got the stuff I sampled everything LOL

This is the most amazing shampoo bar! My curly hair needs a little umph and this is perfect :) I dont even need conditioner with this!

ISNT THIS THE MOST GORGEOUS SOAP EVER?

Soo Im going to review what im tried so far :) For the All natural face I tried the perfume crystals and I dont even have words for it! ! ! The lavender is strong but after you smell the lavender you get a bug hint of warm vanilla that resembles vanilla ice cream to me LOL

Ive also tried the eyeliner which I will be posting pictures of soon :)

Ill be posting what I think about the conditioner/detangler soon!

For the light of the moon Ive tried well EVERYTHING! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The deodorant is PERFECT, Ive been needing a new one and this hits the mark for sure

The soap is way fabulous, I dont even miss LUSH! Its beyond awesome and will be buying from her OFTEN LOL :) Even my family is using it

The lotion bar is my favorite thing it melts on my skin and keeps my elbows smooth all day (I have dry elbows )

The shampoo bar is a new staple in my shower jejejejeje!

Overall I have to say Light of the moon and The all naturals face is sooooooo amazing I dont and wont miss LUSH at all <3

The All Natural Face Review

Okay so as you all may or may not know when it comes to bath and body or makeup products I ALWAYS try to be eco-friendly and natural. There was a time when I didn't care about what I put on my face or body, those days are long gone because as time went on I realized how much I was harming myself by using "poison" on myself. You see it took one trip to the mall to figure this all out, I went to a store called LUSH and asked the sales lady what products they sold, she casually mentioned it was all natural bath and body products.

She showed me the labels and gave me a run down on how today people don't even realize what the put on their skin. After that I literally went home and threw out everything that had silicone's, parabens, alcohol and all the rest of those bad things I cant spell LOL Then one day when I was searching on etsy for a face wash (because unfortunately all of LUSH's face washes make me break out) I found this AMAZING store called The all natural face, and of course being the crazy person that I am I got totally distracted and bought her mineral  bronzers instead of a face wash! ! !

But Crystal (the owner) was sooooo sweet and sent me not 1 not 2 but 3 face wash samples which I LOVE! ! ! Here are some pictures of the awesome products I got which by the way are vegan <3 I shop more online now than I did before because its a lot more inexpensive... Which is another reason why I rapidly fell in love with TANF
